Applicants are assessed on their own merit as leadership is as much about the quality of experience as it is about years of experience and we are searching for candidates who have tackled tricky problems and braved challenging situations. Prior board experience is not mandatory.
Guiding criteria
CEOs or Founders of companies with significant revenue or traction
CEOs, VPs, and Partners (or equivalent) at companies with at least $10m revenue
Directors at blue chip (or equivalent) companies
Thought leaders or industry experts Senior Executives with a minimum of 15 years of work experience
