Currently, she is the CEO of the Academy for Board Excellence and Programme Lead for IOD’s Governance flagship programmes, with a passion for supporting business and philanthropic ventures as a non-executive and advisor.
Rosalind Kainyah MBE
Rosalind Kainyah MBE is a leading expert in Sustainability and responsible business with over 30 years of experience across legal, executive, and board roles. She advises boards and senior executives on managing sustainability risks and opportunities. Rosalind serves on several corporate and non-profit boards, including discoverIE plc and CalBank Plc, and is a trusted authority in sectors like energy, finance, and healthcare. She is also an experienced non-executive director.
Alison Taylor
Alison Taylor is a Clinical Professor at NYU Stern School of Business, specialising in corporate integrity, risk, and responsibility. She serves as Executive Director of Ethical Systems and advises global companies on sustainability, ethics, and corporate strategy. A frequent speaker and writer, Alison’s work has been featured in leading publications like Harvard Business Review and Financial Times. She also holds senior advisory roles and is a board director at Preventable Surprises.
Marjorie Ngwenya da Silva
Marjorie is an independent non-executive director in the financial services sector and Chairperson of the Legal Resources Centre. She serves as an external member of the Prudential Regulation Committee of the Bank of England. A passionate leadership and life coach, she advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Past President of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, she was its first person of colour and youngest president in 160 years.
Christine Uri
Christine is a seasoned C-Suite executive and former general counsel who led global legal and sustainability teams at a Fortune 500 energy company. Recognised as one of the Top 10 Women in Sustainability, she has extensive experience implementing ESG programmes on climate change, human rights, and ethics.
