Mapping Gender Diversity Across Africa

TheBoardroom Africa is mapping Africa's listed boards to determine the gender diversity makeup of all listed Boards across the continent. This index tracks the number of listed boards by country and identifies all board seats filled by women, while also monitoring the number of women in Chair and other executive positions across the Region. Research to date covers publicly listed boards across 11 countries. Please check back for further updates as we expand to new nations.
